Fault phenomenon: The spindle motor of the CNC carpenter engraving machine stopped suddenly, and the inverter showed ERR 01; sometimes the motor was energized with a humming sound, but it did not turn.
Treatment method:
1. The spindle motor is disconnected from the inverter's three-wire cable connector. Solution: Re-insert or re-connect and try again.
2. The inner lead of the CNC engraving machine spindle motor is welded. Recognition method: multimeter between the three-core resistance of the spindle motor socket. Solution: Remove the socket and re-weld the wire.
3. The spindle motor to the inverter three-wire cable is broken. Recognize the method: the resistance between the two plugs of the multimeter cable. Solution: Connect the disconnection or change the line.
The above three steps are the primary method for dealing with the problem of the spindle motor of the CNC carpenter. When the customer encounters the spindle stop problem, it can sweep and process it one by one according to the fault phenomenon.
