Introduction to the structure of cylindrical roller bearings

Single row cylindrical roller bearings:
Single row cylindrical roller bearings are separable bearings for easy installation and disassembly. Both ferrules can be tightly fitted, and the contact line between the modified roller and raceway reduces stress concentration.

Double row cylindrical roller bearings:
Double row cylindrical roller bearings are floating bearings, and their separability makes installation and disassembly convenient. A tight fit can be used for both ferrules.
Double row cylindrical roller bearings have almost no inclination angle.

The structural form of the cylindrical roller bearing:
Types N, NU, NN and NNU are available for free-side bearings.
NF, NJ, and NUH bearings have the ability to withstand axial loads in one direction. The basic structure of the NUH type bearing is a NU type bearing plus retaining ring (L-ring).
Types NH, NP and NUP bearings have the ability to be subjected to bidirectional axial loads.
The NN30 series cylindrical roller bearings with tapered bores are mainly used as radial bearings for machine tool spindles.
NNU49 series double cylindrical roller bearings.
N19, N10 single row cylindrical roller bearings.
